We may check eligibility and can pause or close accounts that do not meet these conditions.

These terms apply to lottery participation provided under Canadian regulatory frameworks. By continuing to use the service, you indicate that you keep accepting the current terms.
Lottery Participation
Lottery draws and related features follow defined rules and procedures.
- Draws take place weekly according to the published schedule
- Ticket purchases are final and are not refundable
- Winning numbers are selected at random
- Prize claims must be submitted using the stated process
- We may cancel or adjust draws when necessary
Additional draw rules may be provided on request and form part of these terms by reference.
Account Responsibilities
You are responsible for keeping your login details confidential and for taking reasonable steps to protect your account.
- Keep your password private and secure
- You are accountable for actions carried out through your account
- Inform us right away if you suspect unauthorized access
- Ensure your details remain correct and up to date
Important: We are not responsible for losses that occur because account security was not maintained and unauthorized access happened as a result.
Payment and Transactions
Payments and other financial actions are processed in Canadian dollars and may require verification.
- Available payment options are shown during checkout
- Some transactions may take longer due to verification checks
- Chargebacks can lead to a temporary account restriction
- Any taxes on winnings are the winner’s responsibility
Intellectual Property
Content, trademarks, and other materials available on this platform are owned by Hat Trick Harvest or licensed to it.
You may not copy, share, or create derivative works from these materials without written permission. The Hat Trick Harvest name, logo, and related branding are protected.
Limitation of Liability
Where Canadian law allows, our liability is limited in the following ways:
- We do not accept liability for indirect or consequential losses
- Any liability is capped at the amount paid for the relevant services
- We exclude warranties unless they are expressly stated
- We are not responsible for interruptions or outages of the service
Termination
We may suspend or close an account when these terms are breached.
Reasons can include suspected fraud, misuse, legal violations, or other breaches of these terms. If an account is terminated, access to the service ends immediately.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Québec, Canada, and disputes will be handled in Québec courts.
This document represents the full agreement between you and Hat Trick Harvest concerning lottery participation in Canada.
